Project Finance Associate - Medior

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Finance Associate to join our Structured Finance Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out loan origination, structuring, and execution of deals related to European projects in digital infrastructure and renewable energy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting financial model analysis to ensure the viability of projects;
  • Reviewing credit due diligence reports, contracts, and internal rating applications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Participating in discussions and meetings with the credit review team and/or credit committee, as well as with other banks and sponsors;
  • Regularly monitoring and amending or waiving existing loan portfolios to ensure optimal performance;
  • Providing general support for various administrative tasks, including KYC, loan administration, and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in Economics or Law, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in loan origination and credit reviewing. Proficiency in French, German, and/or Japanese languages is a plus, but not required. You will also need to be comfortable working in an international setting and have excellent communication and analytical skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of 63-70k, including a 13th month, holiday allowance based on 37.5 hours per week, 30 vacation days, and a wellbeing program. We also invest in your personal development with a generous training budget.

Our recruitment process typically takes four working days, during which we will schedule an introductory interview to discuss the vacancy, the company, and the rest of the procedure. We will then introduce you to our client and guide you through the application process.
