Job Title: Senior Data Analyst ESG

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst ESG to join our ESG Central Data Platform (CDP) team within NN Group Finance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working on the functional execution of data management processes in our data applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain data management processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on planning and execution of data management processes.
  • Contribute to the development of controls and incident workflows to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Work with the technical scrum team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with control testing teams and maintain the control framework for data management processes.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in data management on data applications within a finance, risk, or asset management environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics.
  • A successful track record with data management process ownership and implementing controls.
  • A solid understanding of key master data domains of investment data, financial instruments, and issuers.
  • Experience working with market data vendors.
