- Coordinate content of Best Practices with external partners and collect internal CX team feedback to guarantee standardization on ways of working and access to Best Practices for the International CX Team\r
- Assist in defining the playbook environment for the CX team to ensure all Best Practices are in place and ready to use\r
- Contribute to the development of the Best Practice Program to guarantee standardization on ways of working within the International CX Team\r
Requirements and Qualifications:
