Maintenance Director

Trespa, a leading innovator in architectural materials, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team.

This role is responsible for the effective execution and optimization of preventive maintenance at our production sites. As a key member of our facilities team, you will oversee budgets and maintenance contracts with external parties.

• You will translate our company vision and policy into operational execution.
• Ensure the right balance between long-term and short-term goals.
• Maintain connections between Maintenance and Production teams.

1. You will be responsible for managing maintenance programs for machines.
2. You will manage your own maintenance staff and external technicians.
3. You will manage and monitor the annual maintenance budget.
4. You will organize meetings to discuss concrete objectives (KPIs) and actions with the team.

• You have a technical college degree.
• You preferably have over 3 years of experience in a technical management position.
• You have a flexible attitude, as you will be on call for breakdown shifts.
• You have knowledge of and experience working in industrial environments.
• You are familiar with methods such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and WCM.
