Senior Integrated Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrated Producer to lead our productions in the EU office. This role requires a true team player who can successfully produce projects across teams, disciplines, time zones, and technologies.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute project plans from initial client briefing to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and expectations-exceeding delivery.
- Scope and quote projects, as well as plan and manage production work.
- Establish realistic targets and deadlines, ensuring projects are profitable and doable.
- Meet monthly and annual targets, growing business accounts into long-term success for all parties.
- Pursue genuine passion for creative and innovation, providing solutions that get results.
We're looking for someone with 6+ years of experience producing high-end digital ad campaigns, online videos, live events, and other projects. You should have integrated skills, including knowledge of other production disciplines and techniques.
You'll be a 'closer', experienced in engaging new projects, managing business relationships, and developing partnerships. You should be confident in proposing next steps from a strategic, technical perspective.
You'll have a keen understanding of the (digital) business objectives of global brands and be able to quickly fathom a project's challenges and what needs to be achieved.
You'll love to geek out when it comes to new technologies and trends, establishing realistic costs and timings.
You'll be a true team player who can successfully produce projects across teams, disciplines, time zones, and technologies.
