Senior Integrated Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integrated Producer to lead our EU office's productions. This role requires a true integrated producer who can manage projects from initial client briefing to launch.
Responsibilities:- As a Senior Producer, you will specialize in stewarding projects from initial client briefing through launch.
- You will kick-start new projects by reaching out to the right people and being the right person when people reach out to us.
- You will shape new projects into a joint success by leading the production on our behalf.
- You will bring all of our in-house talent together and ensure great work is done.
- You will be responsible for scoping and quoting projects as well as timing and planning production work.
- You will establish what gets done and when, making sure projects are profitable and doable.
- You will meet against monthly and annual targets, helping to grow business accounts into a long-term success for all parties.
- You will have a genuine passion for creative and innovation, pushing the boundaries and providing solutions that get results.
We are looking for someone with 6+ years of experience producing high-end digital ad campaigns, online videos, live events, and other projects.
You should have integrated skills, including knowledge of other production disciplines and techniques.
You should have hands-on experience with producing high-end work and an intimate understanding of what is needed to bring a kernel of an idea to life.
You should be a 'closer', experienced in engaging new projects, managing business relationships, and developing partnerships.
You should be able to handle high-stakes accounts and be confident proposing next steps from a strategic, technical perspective.
You should have a keen understanding of the (digital) business objectives of global brands and be able to quickly fathom a project's challenges and what needs to be achieved.
You should love to geek out when it comes to new technologies and trends.
You should be a true team player who can successfully produce projects across teams, disciplines, time zones, and technologies.
