In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with your team and clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs. Based on your preferences, we will seek out suitable projects and clients that align with your strengths. The primary focus of these projects is on Business Transformation, Digitalization, and Innovation within the realm of Microsoft technology.

  • You will lead a high-performing team of Microsoft Data & Innovation professionals to ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of deliverables for our esteemed clients. This involves strategic staffing, budgeting, and career development activities.
  • You will champion innovation both internally and with clients, taking an active role in developing team members and promoting collaboration across teams. You will be confident in working collaboratively to win client opportunities and achieve sustainable outcomes.
  • You will partner strategically with senior leaders within the firm (Markets and industry leads, Partners, Directors) to understand business needs and translate them into Microsoft Data Platform requirements.
  • You will foster and maintain relationships with executive leadership in the KPMG network and at Microsoft to drive strategic growth and collaboration. You will hold a key position to enable your team to stay informed about the product roadmap and participate in product steering committee boards; maintain strong relationships within Microsoft field sales teams.
Achieving Success in This Role

To excel in this position, you will possess:

  • At least eight years of recent experience in defining business analytic capabilities specifically tailored to the Microsoft (data) Platform, breaking them down into actionable components. You will work cross-functionally to deliver value and demonstrate strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Minimum five years of recent experience related to data analysis, data science, or applied analytics, preferably within consulting, along with working knowledge of dashboard and data visualization techniques for impactful storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Master of Business Administration from an accredited college/university and/or certifications are preferred.
  • Experience identifying use case opportunities for Microsoft Data Platform (Synapse, Fabric), building use cases to prove out value and justify investments.
  • Ability to oversee daily operations of our Microsoft Data & Innovation team in collaboration with (your) leadership team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, managing various stakeholders and use cases concurrently across diverse industries and KPMG service portfolios.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with and effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive:

  • A bonus structure tied to individual performance and company success.
