Job Title: Senior Automotive Sales Team LeadWe are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Sales Team Lead to join our team in North Holland & Nijkerk. This is a full-time, office-based role that offers a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the RoleIn this critical position, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching a dynamic sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your goal will be to foster a culture of customer satisfaction within the team, continuously looking for opportunities for improvement.
You will manage your team's day-to-day performance, including shift planning and division of tasks. You will also be the single point of contact for our client, understanding their needs and implementing changes to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support a team of sales representatives to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction ratings.
- Analyze team performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Coach and guide the team to success, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Develop and implement processes to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A commercial education and/or relevant experience, including leadership roles.
- A strong affinity with the Automotive industry and a desire to develop expertise in this field.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to empathize with team members and drive results through people-focused leadership.
- Flexibility to work with different stakeholders, including clients, dealers, and team members.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
