About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Account Coordinator to join our team at SRAM. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, coordinating day-to-day tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent SRAM to our customers and serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with our B2B customer base, nurturing these connections into long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, finance, and international stakeholders, to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage order fulfillment from receipt to shipment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitor orders and shipments in close cooperation with our production locations in Asia, USA, and Europe.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding sales orders, lead times, shipments, logistics, products, and services, ensuring customer requirements are consistently met.
  • Partner with Sales to onboard new customers and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales team, sharing information and best practices to achieve team goals.
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams and participate in the continuous improvement of business processes.

Requirements

  • MBO+/HBO education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with proficiency in German or French.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Great communication and intercultural skills.
  • Proactive self-starter and independent thinker.
  • Experience in an international customer relations environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP/CRM systems is an advantage.
