The Society & Community Engagement team focuses on Attractive and Inclusive Communities, designing and setting up programs like Glow, the ASML Marathon Eindhoven, Van Gogh Museum, PSV Brainport Partnership and more.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to support our team in setting up new programs and projects within the pipeline. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with our team to unleash your creativity and think about innovative solutions to engage communities effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing community engagement strategies;
  • Collaborating with team members to design and set up new programs;
  • Supporting the team in executing projects and initiatives;

You will be working in a highly dynamic environment with a global team of 39,000 people from 140 different nationalities. Our operations are spread across Europe, Asia, and the US, offering you a unique opportunity to learn and grow.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Community Management, Communications, Event Management, or a related field;
  • A creative and enthusiastic mindset with strong communication skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbally;

We offer a competitive salary range between €25,000 - €30,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits including a monthly internship allowance of maximum €600 and free public transport.
