- Collaboration with stakeholders to make changes to the system, from user management to regulatory changes.
- Communication with users about content, incidents, problems, and changes.
- Alignment of IT with business processes to make IT transparent for business colleagues.
- Leadership of small operational projects for life cycle management and development of applications.
