ASML is seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to join our Customer Supply Chain Management team. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for planning and delivering projects within the agreed scope, time, and resource budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Define project plans in collaboration with project owners, architects, senior users, and senior suppliers.
- Organize project governance, synchronized with existing program governance structures where applicable.
- Ensure project plans are integrated into the change business portfolio.
- Build and steer project teams.
- Organize program delivery and drive business benefit realization.
- Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a technical area.
- Over 3 years of project management experience, preferably combined with relevant experience in managing and implementing change in large, decentralized organizations.
- Alternatively, over 3 years of business experience in different roles in a Customer Support, Supply Chain, or similar environment, including operational responsibilities and a clear process improvement mindset.
- Extensive experience in ASML is an explicit advantage.
- Experience in Agile way of working is an advantage.
- Additional job-related knowledge and/or managerial experience in operational (hands-on) experience in Service, Logistics, (Lean) manufacturing, and/or industrial engineering environments.
- Experience in consultancy in high-tech and/or service environments.
