Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain NOC solutions to ensure seamless network operations.
- Provide operational support to our European Data Center, including incident management and ad-hoc project work.
- Collaborate with the Data Center Manager to schedule projects and ensure timely completion.
- 2-4 years of experience in NOC operations.
- Hands-on experience with internet routing protocols, TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking fundamentals, L2 switching, and L3 routing.
- Experience with network operating systems, such as Forti OS, HPE/Aruba, Arista EOS, and Junos.
- Excellent network analytics and troubleshooting skills using packet capture and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of architecture and core technologies, including Firewalls, NAT, ACLs, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, etc.
- Good knowledge of Linux OS and cloud infrastructure components, including virtualization and Load Balancers.
- Monitoring of servers and Zoho applications, with the ability to prepare RCA for any incidents.
- Management of infrastructure components, such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, Proxy, OS Image Servers, and Load Balancers.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, including VLAN, NAT, ARP, and basic FW and Switch configuration.
- Knowledge of server hardware components, including CPU, RAM, and different types of drives.
