RedCarpet zoekt naar een gepassioneerde en analytisch sterke business analist met expertise in Pega. Als business analist speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling van Pega-applicaties.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en opstellen van requirements voor Pega-applicaties, met focus op klantgerichte verbeteringen van huidige systemen.

Het analyseren van wensen en behoeften is essentieel om de juiste features toe te voegen aan onze Pega-applicaties. Dit doe je door samen te werken met diverse stakeholders, waaronder ontwikkelaars, architecten, product managers en UX designers.

Een belangrijk onderdeel van deze rol is het vertalen van klantwensen naar functionele beschrijvingen (user stories) met technische specificaties. Hierdoor kunnen onze ontwikkelaars aan de slag met de nodige informatie om onze applicaties te realiseren.

Achteraf test je ook de afgeleverde functionaliteiten aan de hand van vooraf gedefinieerde acceptatiecriteria. Ten slotte ondersteun en adviseer je ons team bij het uitwerken van requirements, impactanalyses en oplossingsrichtingen.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent iemand die graag denkt als een business analist zou moeten denken: analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en goed in staat om tussen technische en zakelijke stakeholders te schakelen.

Voor ons bedrijf moet jij minimaal HBO-werk- en denkniveau hebben, 2-4 jaar ervaring in DevOps hebben gehad en bereid zijn om snel je certificering Pega te halen.
