About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Lead Consultant to join our team at Marel. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading a team of application specialists and overseeing the daily operations of our SAP system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of application specialists and provide guidance on SAP system operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP system with other business processes
  • Provide technical expertise and support to team members on SAP system-related issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP system and its applications
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing SAP system operations
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP system and its applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of IT architecture and project management principles
