Job Title: Service Engineer - Field Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Engineer - Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the dairy industry.

About the Role:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers in the dairy industry
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural equipment
  • Install and commission new equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
Requirements:
  • Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and dairy industry processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
