The Laudes Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide strategic support to the Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Management Team, including agenda management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and follow-through.
  • Anticipate and coordinate point-to-point travel needs, including booking travel and hotels.
  • Process expenses in a timely manner and provide backup support to the assistant of the CEO as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant administrative corporate experience in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as a wide range of digital communications tools.
  • Strong email and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with high levels of diplomacy when dealing with high-level relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • The position is full-time, with a 36 or 40-hour work week.
