Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Management Team, including agenda management, travel coordination, and expense processing.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and follow-through.
- Anticipate and coordinate point-to-point travel needs, including booking travel and hotels.
- Process expenses in a timely manner and provide backup support to the assistant of the CEO as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant administrative corporate experience in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as a wide range of digital communications tools.
- Strong email and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with high levels of diplomacy when dealing with high-level relationships.
- Ability to prioritize within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Additional Information:
- The position is full-time, with a 36 or 40-hour work week.
