At The Usual, we're on a mission to redefine the hospitality experience. As a Manager on Duty, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our design hotel and F&B hotspot. This is an opportunity to take on a hands-on role, where you'll be responsible for the daily operations of our F&B department.

About the Role

This multifaceted position involves leading by example, guiding and coaching team members, and ensuring the safety and security of our employees and guests. You'll analyze P&L, identify areas for improvement, and develop concrete action plans to drive growth and sustainability. As a true host, you'll be passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests, and you'll be responsible for driving our local F&B and brand proposition to new heights.

What We're Looking For
  • A natural host with a passion for hospitality and F&B;
  • Strong decision-making abilities and emotional intelligence;
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills;
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role (3 years or more);
  • Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus;
  • IT skills for relevant property management software systems & POS software;
  • Sustainability and hospitality are in your DNA;
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and occasional late nights.
