About the Role

The IT Business Partner & Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project delivery. This role will be responsible for managing the IT project portfolio, monitoring project progress, and promoting systems integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a direct channel to the CIO and facilitate communication between IT and business units.
  • Advise company management and specialist departments on existing IT services and processes.
  • Support the realization of business ideas and maintain functioning relationship management with stakeholders.
  • Monitor the project portfolio, control project progress, and ensure adequate quality of delivered projects.
  • Conduct service discussions and participate in jour fixe meetings of business departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master in Informatics or MBA.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Good communication skills and service-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with Automotive is an advantage.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Record, process, and track business requirements and projects in a transparent and standardized manner.
  • Support the validation of project and resource planning.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and manage the IT Project Portfolio to ensure priorities are set and deadlines met.
