Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer MEMS

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Yacht. As a key member of our Maintenance Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high availability of advanced manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain equipment performance by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on specialized equipment clusters.
  • Take ownership of assigned cluster systems, analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements to ensure optimal uptime and Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF).
  • Develop and implement systematic monitoring for early detection of maintenance needs, planning and executing preventive maintenance (PM) actions, and tracking changes.
  • Manage maintainerelated documentation, including PM procedures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Engage in root cause analysis (RCA) for unplanned maintenance events, manage small projects, and design technical specifications for new or modified equipment.
  • Work closely with equipment owners and technicians to ensure smooth execution of maintenance tasks, participating in crash teams and Kaizen improvement teams to resolve complex machine or process failures.
  • Coach and mentor junior Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, fostering a safe, highperformance team environment.
Requirements:
  • A HBO/WO degree in a technical discipline such as Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, Materials Science, Mechanics, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance or Service Engineer in a production environment, with strong root cause analysis and problemsolving skills.
  • MEMS and/or semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
  • A flexible, non9to5 mentality with the ability to respond to occasional emergencies.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of computer control systems, PLCs, and networks.
  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
