Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer MEMS

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Yacht. As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities for our advanced manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain equipment performance by ensuring high-tech semiconductor process equipment is in optimal condition.
  • Take ownership of cluster systems, analyzing performance metrics and implementing improvements.
  • Develop and implement systematic monitoring for early detection of maintenance needs.
  • Manage maintenance-related documentation and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Engage in root cause analysis for unplanned maintenance events and manage small projects.
  • Work closely with equipment owners and technicians to ensure smooth execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Coach and mentor junior Maintenance Engineers and Technicians.
Requirements:
  • A HBO/WO degree in a technical discipline such as Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, Materials Science, Mechanics, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance or Service Engineer in a production environment.
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • MEMS and/or semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
  • A flexible, non-9-to-5 mentality with the ability to respond to occasional emergencies.
