Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. As a key member of our after-sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the highest level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, including training and guidance on product usage.
  • Monitor and analyze service KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Collaborate with the local team to resolve technical issues and provide support for hotline escalations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and EPCs.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers, both face-to-face and online.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Ability to travel to the headquarters in Munich, Germany, twice a year.
