Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. As a key member of our after-sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Train and supervise the support team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze service KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and provide support to customers during the sales process.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Ability to travel to our headquarters in Munich, Germany, twice a year.
