Postdoctoral Researcher in Radicalisation Measurement and Prevention

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at the Institute of Security and Global Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading various aspects of the 'Preventing and Measuring Radicalisation' project, including conducting targeted keyword searches, screening studies, extracting data, and performing inter-rater reliability on quality assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis on radicalisation and extremism, with a focus on developing and validating psychometric scales.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and communicate research findings.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with research projects, including monitoring budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Contribute to the development of research outputs, including publications and reports.
- PhD degree in psychology, sociology, criminology, education, health science, or a related field.
- Expertise in systematic review methods and scale development and validation.
- Experience working on themes of radicalisation and extremism.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
The Institute of Security and Global Affairs is a leading research and education institute, focusing on local, national, European, and global security issues from an interdisciplinary perspective. What We Offer- A full-time fixed-term position for 36 months.
- A salary ranging from € 3226,00 to € 5090,00 gross per month.
- A benefits package, including holiday and end-of-year bonuses.
