The Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs at Universiteit Leiden is seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to contribute to our research agenda and academic programs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research on the 'Preventing and Measuring Radicalisation' project, including conducting targeted keyword searches, screening studies, extracting data, and performing inter-rater reliability on quality assessments.
- Contribute to the meta-analyses and publish findings in academic journals.
- Co-author output with other team members and participate in dissemination activities.
- Teach quantitative research methods to undergraduate students and supervise thesis students.
- A completed PhD degree in psychology, sociology, criminology, education, health science, or a related field.
- Expertise in systematic review methods, including published systematic reviews and meta-analyses as lead or senior author.
- Experience in scale development and validation, or willingness to learn.
- Experience in coordinating, communicating, and liaising with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks associated with research projects.
