Job Title: Postdoctoral Researcher: Data Impact and International Partnerships at GGP-NIDI

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Generations and Gender Programme (GGP) Central Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a strategy to promote the GGP to a wide range of stakeholders, enhancing and monitoring the impact of the GGP, and building and maintaining relationships with different stakeholders in the Netherlands and abroad.

Responsibilities:

* Develop a strategy to promote the GGP to a wide range of stakeholders
* Enhance and monitor the impact of the GGP
* Build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders in the Netherlands and abroad
* Support prospective countries in their participation in the GGP

Requirements:

* PhD in social sciences or communication, or another relevant discipline
* Expertise in some of the topics covered by the Generations and Gender Survey
* Good knowledge of statistical software (Stata or R) and data visualisation
* Knowledge of the European data landscape and/or experience in linking data and policies
* Highly adaptable and able to manage changing priorities with ease
* Strong communication skills in English (written and oral)

It is located in the center of The Hague providing a unique and stimulating research environment in the broad field of population studies.

Terms of Employment:

Depending on education and experience, the minimum salary is € 4,020 and the maximum salary is € 6,148 gross per month for a full-time appointment. This is exclusive of 8% vacation allowance, 8.3% year-end bonus, travel allowance, internet allowance, home working allowance, and pension accrual with ABP.
