About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Duty Manager - Guest Experience Specialist. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a fantastic experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations: Analyze guest reviews and respond to each one in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure that every guest interaction is exceptional and that our guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to improve work processes and ensure seamless operations.
  • Crisis Management: Take charge during crisis situations and conduct safety rounds to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.

Requirements
