Job Title: Network Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and high-performance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network architecture to support business growth and expansion
  • Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Implement and manage network security protocols to prevent unauthorized access
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high uptime and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network infrastructure aligns with business needs
  • Develop and implement network documentation and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure Crane Worldwide Logistics remains competitive

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in network administration and infrastructure management
  • Proficiency in network protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and IPSEC
  • Experience with network security, including firewalls and access control lists
  • Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Cisco CCNA and Fortinet certifications

Physical Requirements:

  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment
  • Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus, and work on a standard computer screen
  • Use of audio-visual equipment is required
  • Talking, hearing, and using hands to operate computer equipment

Other Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient with E-Mail (Microsoft Outlook)
  • Understanding of all aspects of design and implementation of corporate networking and systems infrastructure
  • Proficiency with switching and routing protocols
  • Able to troubleshoot network issues
  • Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
