Achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs by executing promotional and event calendars at store level.
Discussing sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis and empowering them to increase their business through at-counter events and scheduled appointments.
Participating in all major event set-ups and executions.
Sending KPIs to management on a weekly basis.
Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store environment, including fixtures and testers.
Communicating with management on a regular basis to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Sales-driven and confident in handling figures.
Professional knowledge of the makeup industry and KPIs.
Excellent communication and flexibility skills.
Passion for the beauty industry and 2-3 years of experience preferred.
