Beauty Sales Representative

The primary objective of this role is to achieve retail sales targets through events and artistry.
Key responsibilities include:
Retail Sales
• Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs by executing promotional and event calendars at store level.
• Discuss sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis, empowering them to increase their business through at-counter events and scheduled appointments.
• Participate in major event set-up and execution.
• Submit KPIs on a weekly basis to the Too Faced manager.
Merchandising
• Monitor cleanliness, counter stock, and display units.
• Ensure fixtures and testers are clean and visually appealing.
• Communicate any location changes immediately to management.
• Monitor tester replenishment.
Communication
• Communicate with the manager at least once weekly through status calls or emails.
• Submit personal weekly sales to the manager for review and additional strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Alert management of out-of-stocks as they occur.
• Inform the store team of seasonal activity well in advance to ensure proper set-up and preparation.
• Cooperate with monthly reporting and action plans to share key information with the manager.
Qualifications
• Sales-driven and confident in handling figures.
• Professional knowledge of Douglas structure, make-up business, and KPIs for their market.
• English and Dutch skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent flexibility and adaptability.
• Passion for the beauty industry (2-3 years of experience preferred).
• Make-up artistry background and retail operational experience in the field.
