Job Description

Destinus is a pioneering aerospace technology company that's revolutionizing the future of transportation. We're building near-space vehicles and infrastructure to make distance irrelevant. Our hydrogen-powered vehicles are ten times faster than conventional aircraft, providing a just-in-time backbone for logistics, e-commerce, and supply chain companies.

We're seeking a highly organized and versatile Engineering Assistant to support our engineering operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for technical documentation, excellent written and verbal skills in English and Dutch, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, data sheets, specifications, manuals, and instructions
  • Coordinate and consolidate documentation packages for certification, licensing, permits, customer data packages, and logistics
  • Manage procurements with suppliers and manufacturers, including quotes, technical documents, delivery logistics, and quality requirements
  • Work with an ERP system for procurement, including purchase requests, purchase orders, supplier details, stock and inventory, delivery and reception logs
  • Manage the workshop and warehouse inventory, including delivery receptions, stock intake, inventory counts, tracking, and organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical documentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
