Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Manager to join our team at Damen Naval. As a Process Manager, you will play a central role in defining and implementing process flows for our F126 Frigate Project.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic vision for process implementation, execution, and optimization.
- Implement and execute key processes in the F126 project, including Risk Management, Configuration Management, Supply Chain, and Data Exchange.
- Act as the contact person for project directors and other team members for these processes.
- Ensure external coordination with the client and subcontractors.
- Harmonize and ensure consistency in processes across sub-projects for value-adding execution.
- Ensure progress of process deliverables within team processes or in close cooperation with sub-projects.
- Create and maintain process management plans according to the requirements.
- Ensure process owners have the necessary resources and means.
- Collaborate with the project team and functional line organization for project and line improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and identify areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop innovative solutions.
- 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a shipbuilding- or a related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of Business Process Management and standards.
- Experience with the systems engineering approach of complex projects.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience in leadership, ideally in a technology-driven, project and process environment.
- Master's degree in Business Process Management or a technical Bachelor's study with additional relevant process management studies.
- Excellent references and a pre-employment security screening is standard part of the recruitment procedure.
- Permanent EU citizenship and passport are both required.
