About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Destination Merchandiser to join our team at Tiqets. As a Destination Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating and executing performance-driven merchandising strategies for our destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and implement destination-specific merchandising plans to drive performance and revenue growth.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our destinations, including their unique characteristics, customer behavior, and market trends.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of merchandising strategies.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to inform merchandising decisions and optimize performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve merchandising strategies.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in ecommerce/category management, data analysis, or reporting.
  2. Experience in a high-traffic consumer-facing ecommerce website.
  3. Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
  4. Highly proficient with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Qlikview, and other site analysis tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  6. Proactive, positive mindset to initiate and lead new analyses and research to improve the customer experience.
  7. Switching between ad-hoc analytical tasks and more structured projects, with good business judgement.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  9. Experience producing actionable insights and recommendations based on outcomes of analyses, tailoring your messaging to the audience.
  10. Excellent communicator in English, both orally and in writing.
