We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CIAM Architect to join our team at STAFIDE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and driving functional and technical teams in delivering comprehensive SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Drive Functional and Technical Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements and drive the development of comprehensive SAP CDC solutions.
- Conduct Discovery and Business Blueprint Workshops: Work with customers to align on CIAM, Consent, and integration requirements, and conduct discovery and business blueprint workshops to define solution scenarios.
- Provide Technical Expertise: Offer in-depth technical knowledge of the SAP CDC product and its integration capabilities with other identity management solutions.
- Oversee Configuration and Design: Oversee configuration, design validation, functional specification review, integration design review, test scenario validation, authorization strategy, data migration, and cut-over strategy finalization.
- Address Localization and Integration Requirements: Address country-specific localization, integration, and reporting requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
- Document Process Flow Diagrams: Document process flow diagrams, to-be process descriptions, functional and technical solutions, and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with QA, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Support Specialists, and DevOps teams to meet business requirements.
- 10+ Years of Experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud: Possess 10+ years of experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) with a strong focus on CIAM.
- End-to-End Configuration and Customization Expertise: Have end-to-end configuration and customization expertise in SAP CDC, including Site Configuration, Identity Management, Authentication Processes, G-Connector, Data Flows, and Webhooks.
- Strong Business Process Knowledge: Possess strong business process knowledge of GDPR compliance.
- Proven Experience in Driving Design Workshops: Have proven experience in driving and conducting design workshops, especially for Life Sciences customers involving multi-country and multi-division scopes.
- Experience Working within SAFe Methodology: Have experience working within SAFe methodology.
- Ability to Identify and Address Key Factors: Be able to identify and address key factors, assumptions, and risks related to CDC that may influence the development roadmap and project success.
