Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the design and implementation of SAP Treasury and related financial systems within Philips. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and innovation in global finance operations.

About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality outcomes and optimize processes for global finance operations.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Platform Managers, and business stakeholders to take ownership of functional and non-functional requirements, guide solution design, and support development and DevOps teams.
  • Develop technical expertise in SAP Treasury and Cash Management systems, as well as Agile methodologies, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience with SAP Treasury (TRM) and Financial Supply Chain (FSCM) modules, including expertise in S4 HANA.
  • Strong functional knowledge in finance-related domains such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Treasury management, and Cash operations.
  • Degree in Finance, IT, or a related field, with certifications in SAP FICO or related modules preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end solution design, system testing, and regulatory compliance in global operations.
