Wij zoeken een Orgaancoördinator / Allocation & waiting list officer

Bij Stichting Eurotransplant International (ETI) in Leiden zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en gemotiveerde Orgaancoördinator / Allocation & waiting list officer om ons team te versterken. Als Orgaancoördinator / Allocation & waiting list officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de allocatie van donororganen aan patiënten op de wachtlijst voor een orgaantransplantatie.

Je taken:
  • Je houdt contact met artsen en transplantatiecoördinatoren in ziekenhuizen.
  • Je 'matcht' organen aan patiënten met behulp van speciale software.
  • Je biedt organen voor patiënten aan volgens de voorgeschreven procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Je zorgt dat alle betrokkenen in de ziekenhuizen voortdurend geïnformeerd zijn gedurende het allocatieproces.
  • Je beantwoordt patiënt- en donorgerelateerde vragen en coördineert speciale wachtlijstregistraties.
  • Je denkt constant mee over verbeteringen van onze procedures.
Wie ben jij?

Je hebt bij voorkeur een HBO-opleiding gevolgd, in ieder geval affiniteit met de zorgsector en enige werkervaring. Je Engels is voldoende tot goed; als je Duits spreekt is dat handig.

Daarnaast:

  • Kun je goed werken onder tijdsdruk en verlies je prioriteiten niet uit het oog.
  • Ben je een teamplayer (je draait je diensten altijd met 1 of 2 andere collega's).
  • Kun je kort en bondig communiceren.
  • Kun je makkelijk en snel leren en vind je het leuk een opleidingstraject in te gaan.
  • Ben je bereid om mee te draaien in de avonddienst, tijdens het weekend of op feestdagen.
Wat kun je verwachten?

Als Orgaancoördinator / Allocation & waiting list officer bij Stichting Eurotransplant International (ETI) kun je rekenen op een goede werksfeer, gemotiveerde collega's, een uitgebreid intern opleidingsprogramma en een goede balans tussen werk en privé. Wij organiseren regelmatig informele bijeenkomsten en uitstapjes. Je startsalaris bedraagt € 2.982,- bruto per maand voor 36 uur per week. Je ontvangt een vakantietoeslag van 8,33% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%. Het maximum maandsalaris van de orgaancoördinator is € 4.015,-. Doorgroeien naar een senior functie behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Het maximum maandsalaris van een orgaancoördinator in de senior functie bedraagt € 4.540,-. Je krijgt een contract voor zes maanden en je hebt uitzicht op een vast contract.
