About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Greenberg Nielsen in Breda. As a key member of our OPEX Accounting Department, you will be responsible for processing financial and accounting transactions, resolving related problems, and ensuring the accuracy of reported figures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial and accounting transactions, including journal entries and balance-sheet account reconciliations.
  • Perform month-end tasks for allocated divisions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve accounting issues.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks to support the wider finance team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant intermediate vocational education qualification (MBO+/HBO or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of financial systems and ERP systems, such as Microsoft AX Dynamics.
  • Key competencies: accurate, stress-resistant, focussed, hands-on, analytical, and problem-solving team player.
  • Previous experience in an accounting role and knowledge of general-ledger-related tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills in English and Dutch.
