Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Transformation Manager to join our dynamic brand-new Transformation Office. As transformation manager, you play a crucial role in driving transformation programs implementations.

You will work with senior stakeholders to substantiate ideas into well-articulated plans. Our ideal candidate is able to set the drumbeat and create and support engagement during execution process.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive transformation plans to drive change and achieve transformation goals;
  • Structure and coordinate cross-functional initiatives;
  • Create transparency and visibility by tracking initiatives progress in order to allow for better and faster decision making and results predictability;
  • Support the preparation and delivery of effective communications, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the transformation process;
  • Play a key role in the change management, supporting the Company in engaging and keeping people on-board;
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers for the execution of programs;
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders;
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of transformative changes;
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists, including training and communications teams.
Your Profile
  • A MSc degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field in combination with consulting and corporate experience;
  • 5+ years of experience in transformation management or related roles;
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale organizational change in complex settings with strong stakeholders management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and change management;
  • Deep understanding of transformation management principles, methodologies, and tools, with certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) as an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transformation management software tools;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
