About the Role

Fugro, the world's leading Geo-data specialist, is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Business Partner to support the Executive Leadership Team in executing its strategy and driving employee engagement globally.

This high-profile role involves advising senior leaders and developing high-quality communications concepts to drive the Fugro story on its purpose, strategy, and global activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an agenda-setting approach to drive employee engagement and support strategy execution
  • Develop enduring communications concepts that are future-proof and bring something new to Fugro
  • Support the Strategy & Transformation team and business leaders in driving change across the organisation
  • Set-up audience and campaign research to gather insights on improving internal communications

Requirements

  • Degree in Corporate Communications, People and/or Change Management or similar
  • Previous experience in a global corporate environment is essential
  • Project management experience is a must-have
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
