About the Role

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Business Partner to join our global Brand & Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement and purpose-driven behavior across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with Fugro's purpose, values, and culture.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to advise on high-quality communications concepts and support the development of enduring communications campaigns.
  • Work closely with the global Brand & Communications team to drive the Fugro story and improve the effectiveness of our communications.
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate regular internal communications activities to engage employees and promote a culture of purpose-driven behavior.
  • Set up audience and campaign research to gather insights on improving our internal communications.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Corporate Communications, People and/or Change Management or similar.
  • Previous experience in a global corporate environment is essential.
  • Project management experience is a must-have.
  • Affinity with technology and innovation is seen as a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (Dutch would be a plus).
  • A drive to deliver results, measure success, and learn from insights.
