About the Role

Fugro, the world's leading Geo-data specialist, is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Business Partner to join its global Brand & Communications team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Leadership Team in the execution of the company's strategy and driving employee engagement across the globe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-quality internal communications concepts and strategies to drive employee engagement and support strategy execution.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to advise on internal communications and develop enduring communications concepts that bring something new to Fugro.
  • Set up audience and campaign research to gather insights on improving internal communications and drive change across the organization.
  • Support the Strategy & Transformation team and business leaders in driving change and realizing the company's Towards Full Potential strategy.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Corporate Communications, People and/or Change Management or similar.
  • Previous experience in a global corporate environment is essential.
  • Project management experience is a must-have.
  • Affinity with technology and innovation is seen as a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (Dutch would be a plus).
