About the Role

Fugro, the world's leading Geo-data specialist, is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Business Partner to join its global Brand & Communications team. This is a high-profile job that requires working directly with Executive Leadership Team Members and other senior leaders to develop high-quality concepts and communications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop an agenda-setting approach to drive the Fugro story on its purpose, strategy, and global activities to internal stakeholders across the globe, driving employee engagement and support strategy execution.
  • Develop enduring communications concepts that are future-proof and bring something new to Fugro, improving the effectiveness of our communications.
  • Support the Strategy & Transformation team and business leaders in driving change across the organisation and realising our Towards Full Potential strategy.
  • Set-up audience and campaign research to gather insights on improving our internal communications.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Corporate Communications, People and/or Change Management or similar.
  • Previous experience in a global corporate environment is essential.
  • Project management experience is a must-have.
  • Affinity with technology and innovation is seen as a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written (Dutch would be a plus).
  • A drive to deliver results, measure success, and learn from insights.
