Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare donated merchandise for sale, ensuring accurate pricing and ticketing, and meeting minimum quota and sell-through targets.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company property standards and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and visually appealing sales floor, and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
  • Develop expertise in multiple processing departments, with opportunities for cross-training and professional growth.
  • Inspect and analyze donated merchandise, identifying quality and categorization issues, and ensuring proper cleaning and storage procedures.
  • Model Goodwill's Core Values, demonstrating trust, collaboration, engagement, ownership, and innovation in all aspects of your work.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
