Job Summary:

The Too Faced Beauty Advisor is a key role in achieving retail sales targets through events and artistry. This position requires a sales-driven individual with a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales:

  • Achieve monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) by executing promotional and event calendars at store level.
  • Discuss sales goal achievement with store managers on a regular basis, empowering them to increase their business through at-counter events and scheduled appointments.
  • Participate in all major event set-ups and executions.
  • Send KPIs on a weekly basis to the Too Faced manager.

Merchandising:

  • Monitor the level of cleanliness, counter stock, and display units.
  • Ensure fixtures and testers units are clean and visually appealing.
  • Communicate any location changes immediately to management.
  • Monitor tester replenishment.

Communication:

  • Communicate with the manager at least once weekly with a status call or email.
  • Send personal weekly sales to the manager to review and add additional strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Alert management of all out-of-stock situations as they occur.
  • Inform the store team of all seasonal activity well in advance to ensure proper set-up and preparation.
  • Cooperate with monthly reporting, action plans, and key information on goals with the manager.

Qualifications:

  • Sales-driven and confident in handling figures.
  • Professional knowledge of Douglas structure, make-up business, and KPIs for their market.
  • English and Dutch skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent flexibility and adaptability.
  • Possession of a make-up artistry background and retail operational experience in the field.
