Retail Sales Executive

Drive business growth in the Retail industry by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, and will work closely with the Retail Global Industry Unit to achieve key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify high-value potential clients in the Retail industry.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Retail industry.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Global Industry Unit to ensure alignment and success.
  • Provide regular forecasting and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of full cycle software selling experience in a new business development role.
  • Dutch speaking and fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Elite communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tenacious spirit and a results-oriented mindset.

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers.
