Bij EY zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven EBSA die ons team komt versterken. In deze rol ben jij de spil in het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Hierbij ondersteun je zowel partners als interne teams. Jij draagt bij aan een omgeving waarin vernieuwing en persoonlijke service hand in hand gaan. Dit doe je met jouw organisatorische talent en communicatieve vaardigheden.

Wat bieden wij jou?
  • Een salaris van tussen de € 2500,- en € 3000,-
  • Uitzicht op een contract bij EY
  • Beschikbaar op de donderdag en vrijdag

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een enthousiaste en proactieve EBSA met een passie voor het secretariële vakgebied. Je hebt al minstens twee jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol en beschikt over uitstekende hospitality en communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en weet hoe je processen soepel kunt laten verlopen. Zowel in het Nederlands als Engels kun je je uitstekend uitdrukken, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Daarnaast heb je affiniteit met moderne technologie.

In jouw rol als EBSA ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen ons team. Je draagt bij aan een goed georganiseerde en professionele werkomgeving voor al je collega's. Je ondersteunt partners bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat evenementen en vergaderingen op kantoor vlekkeloos verlopen. Samen met je team werk je aan continue verbetering van onze dienstverlening. Je draagt bij aan ons doel: interne klanten steeds opnieuw verrassen. Hierbij spelen jouw creativiteit en het gebruik van moderne technologie een cruciale rol.

Waar ga je werken?

Je gaat werken op ons kantoor in Arnhem, onderdeel van het wereldwijde netwerk van EY. De afdeling Business Support biedt centrale ondersteuning aan alle Nederlandse EY-collega's. Samen met jouw gedreven en enthousiaste collega's zorg je voor kwalitatieve, flexibele en duurzame ondersteuning. EY biedt je een dynamische werkomgeving.
