About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud GTM Specialist to join our team in Europe North. As a key member of our Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy for AWS' Compute Services in this region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for Efficient Compute (Graviton, Spot, Sustainability, Energy Efficiency, etc.) in Europe North, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists.
  • Utilize your deep expertise in Compute to identify and address the most critical customer problems in your region, enabling account-aligned teams to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead initiatives to expand markets and accounts, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities within your domain.
  • Establish and execute goals to drive long-term growth in your geography, meeting or exceeding revenue and non-revenue-driven KPIs.
  • Provide customer data and market signals to Worldwide teams to inform the development of features and services that meet customer needs.
  • Deliver regular business reviews and operational planning documents for your respective tech domain and geography.
  • Pursue geographical scale through external partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute customer acquisition programs and strategies.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Cloud GTM, Sales, or Consulting, and a deep understanding of Compute technologies. You should have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences. A proven track record of credibility as a technology advisor to customer executives and Line of Business Leaders is essential.
