Sales Manager Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and cultivating strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Represent CrimsonXT at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to promote sales and marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of sales experience in industries such as e-commerce, retail, 3PL, or apparel, with exposure to intra-logistics, automation, or robotics systems.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient English and Dutch are required, other European languages are preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple complex situations to deliver successful results.
  • Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments.
