About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director, Retail Planning to join our team. In this remote-friendly role, you will be based within the Benelux region, preferably in The Netherlands.
The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Independently oversee and execute internal sales processes.
- Represent CrimsonXT at trade fairs and industry events, actively engaging in sales and marketing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of sales experience in industries such as e-commerce, retail, 3PL, or apparel, with exposure to intra-logistics, automation, or robotics systems.
- A strong ability to quickly understand CrimsonXT's offerings and apply strategic and consultative sales approaches effectively.
- Excellent team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient English and Dutch are required, other European languages are preferred.
