SHE Strategy Lead

We offer a competitive salary of €5,500-€7,500 per month based on 40 hours per week. In addition to your gross salary, you will also receive a lease car, phone, and laptop. You will have up to 15% discount on your health insurance and 40 days paid time off on an annual basis.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing our SHE strategy across multiple locations. This involves engaging with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, and identifying areas for improvement. You will develop clear roadmaps for implementation within each division, ensuring that everyone knows what steps to take.

Your strong stakeholder skills ensure that everyone feels heard and involved. You coach group leaders in implementing the strategy within their teams, based on developed impact analyses. You build a safety culture where employees actively address each other on safety issues and create a network where best practices are shared among different locations.

You continuously monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. You set up and manage a new SHE team, where your colleagues focus on operational SHE activities. You report directly to the Divisional Managing Director and Group SHE Director (UK), who also serve as sparring partners for you and your team.

In the event of an incident, you lead the investigation and implement appropriate measures quickly and effectively. Your attention to detail and decisiveness ensure that we always move forward.

• A completed degree at a university of applied sciences in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Technical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in the high-hazard industry.
• Proven experience in developing SHE strategies.
• Practical experience with working at heights, heavy loads, and machinery.
• Thorough knowledge of contract management and material stacking.
• Leadership experience and reputation as a unifying force within teams.
